Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 15 years
  • Maximum: 24 years as of 13 August 2025
  • Relaxations:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC: 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years
    • Ex-Servicemen: Additional relaxation as per rules

Educational Qualification

  • 10th Pass or equivalent (10+2 system) with minimum 50% marks.
  • ITI Certificate in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT.
  • Note: Engineering graduates and diploma holders are not eligible.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a merit list prepared by combining:

  • Matriculation marks (with minimum 50%)
  • ITI trade marks
  • Simple average of both will be considered.

Tie-Breaker:

  • Older age candidate will be preferred.
  • If same age, candidate who passed matriculation earlier will be preferred.
